Aquasserenne, Kollam

My stay at Aquasserenne was quite the experience! On one hand, the location on Lake Paravoor was beautiful and serene, but on the other hand, the service and accommodations left much to be desired. The rooms were extremely basic, and a few improvements in the dining area could have made my stay more pleasant. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're looking for a truly budget experience. 😞🌴

I had a fantastic experience during my one-day stay at Aquasserenne. The hotel is peaceful and away from the busy city life, right by the backwaters. The cottages facing the water were amazing, and I loved the delicious food. The boat journey to their private beach was a highlight too, but some maintenance issues were noticeable in the common areas. Overall, it was very enjoyable.

While the breathtaking scenery surrounding Aquasserenne is hard to beat, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The room conditions were basic and poorly maintained, leaving much to be desired. However, the staff's eagerness to help did shine through at times, making the stay somewhat bearable.
